My Family Care Vouchers provide great savings and support to families. Family discounts help make the family budget go further and parent networking provides help and support where it is needed. Tax and NI free childcare vouchers are a great benefit to both employers and working parents if they use registered childcare.
Employers who make childcare vouchers available to their employees reinforce their family friendly policies, help reduce absenteeism and leavers, as well as saving 12.8% employer NI on the value of the vouchers – a saving of up to £370 per employee per year.
Employees save even more! On a maximum of £55 Childcare Vouchers per week or £243 per month, employees can save up to £1,195 in tax and NI per year - a substantial contribution to their childcare costs.
