Tax and NI free childcare vouchers are a great benefit to both employers and working parents if they use registered childcare.
Employers who make childcare vouchers available to their employees reinforce their family friendly policies, help reduce absenteeism and leavers, as well as saving 13.8% employer NI on the value of the vouchers – a saving of up to £402 per employee per year.
Employees save even more! On a maximum of £55 Childcare Vouchers per week or £243 per month, employees can save up to £1,195 in tax and NI per year - a substantial contribution to their childcare costs.
